Commission Inquiry

Tell me about your vision, and I’ll follow up with availability and next steps.

What Does the Process Look Like?

From Inspiration To Painting Timeline

When you submit your inquiry, I review your vision, reference images, and size preferences.
If it feels aligned, I’ll confirm availability and provide a quote.

Once your deposit is received, your commission is placed into my active schedule.

Most commissions take approximately 3–6 weeks depending on size, detail, and current studio workload. Larger or more intricate pieces may require additional time.

You’ll receive a progress update before final completion.

We begin with intention.

You’ll share:
• Subject matter
• Mood or emotional tone
• Color direction
• Any meaningful symbolism

I may ask clarifying questions to ensure we are aligned before paint touches canvas.

My goal is not to replicate; it is to interpret your vision through my artistic voice while honoring what matters most to you.

Commissions are available on stretched canvas in a variety of sizes.

Pricing is determined by:
• Dimensions
• Level of detail
• Materials used

A 30% non-refundable deposit secures your spot, with the remaining balance due prior to shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated separately.

Every commission includes:

• Original hand-painted artwork
• Signed front and back
• Certificate of Authenticity
• Protective packaging and insured shipping

I work in acrylic with layered detail, and subtle textural elements may be present as part of my style.

Submit the inquiry form with as much detail as you feel comfortable sharing.

I’ll respond within 2–3 business days to confirm availability and discuss next steps.

If we both feel aligned, I’ll send an invoice for the deposit and your commission will officially be added to my studio calendar.

The Fine Print

Who Actually “Owns” the Piece?

You are purchasing the original physical artwork.

As the artist, I retain copyright and reproduction rights.
This allows me to share the work in my portfolio, on social media, and potentially create prints unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

If you prefer your commission remain private, please mention this during inquiry.

Clear communication ensures the best outcome.

Please provide reference materials and direction at the beginning of the process. Major concept changes after painting has begun may require additional fees.

I reserve the right to decline commissions that do not align with my style or values.

Minor adjustments may be requested during the progress update stage.

Once the piece is complete and sealed, significant alterations are not possible.

My goal is for you to love the finished work; thoughtful communication early in the process helps us achieve that.
