Original Artwork

Due to the nature of original artwork, all sales of original paintings are final.

Original pieces are one-of-a-kind and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.


Prints

Prints may be eligible for return only if they arrive damaged or defective.

If your print arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damage and packaging

Approved damaged-print claims will be eligible for a replacement or refund.


Damaged or Defective Items

If an order arrives damaged during shipping, please notify me within 7 days of delivery. Damage claims submitted after this time may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

I will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Original artwork

  • Commissioned artwork

  • Items marked as final sale


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.


Lost Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
