All artwork is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely.
Processing Time
Original artworks are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted.
Print orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Prints are produced through a professional print vendor and are inspected, prepared, and packaged by the artist prior to shipment.
Commissioned works have separate timelines and are discussed individually.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on size and destination. Shipping methods may vary to ensure the safest delivery of artwork.
Domestic Shipping
At this time, shipping is available within the United States only.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.
Packaging
All artwork, including original paintings and prints, is carefully packaged by the artist to protect it during transit. Larger works may require specialized packaging materials.
Delivery Issues
Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, the buyer must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.
Splattered Paint Studios is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other transit-related issues beyond the artist’s control.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact me within 7 days of delivery and provide photo documentation of:
The damaged item
The packaging materials
The shipping label
Damage claims reported after 7 days may not be eligible for review.
