Welcome to Splattered Paint Studios. By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. These terms apply to all purchases made through this website.
1. General
All artwork sold on this website is created and owned by Shalee Talbert / Splattered Paint Studios, unless otherwise stated. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Original Artwork
Original artworks are one-of-a-kind and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Once an original artwork is sold, it is no longer available for purchase.
Minor variations, textures, and imperfections are part of the nature of original artwork and are not considered defects.
3. Art Prints
Prints are open-edition unless otherwise stated.
Frames are not included unless explicitly listed in the product description.
Prints are produced using high-quality archival materials to ensure longevity.
Slight color variations may occur due to screen differences and printing processes.
4. Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed within:
3–7 business days for original artworks
5–7 business days for prints
Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier.
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
- If a payment dispute or chargeback is filed without first contacting the artist, the right to refund or replacement may be forfeited.

5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the unique nature of original artwork, all original sales are final.
Prints may be eligible for return or replacement only if damaged during shipping.
Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo documentation.

6. Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, designs, and content displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Shalee Talbert / Splattered Paint Studios and are protected by copyright law.
The purchase of any artwork, print, or product does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer. All rights remain with the artist.
Artwork purchased through this website is for personal use only. You may not:
• Reproduce
• Distribute
• Sell
• License
• Create derivative works
• Use for commercial purposes
• Mint as NFTs
• Upload to AI training systems
• Modify in any form
any artwork without prior written permission from the artist.
Unauthorized use of artwork may result in legal action.
7. Events & In-Person Sales
Artwork purchased at in-person events, pop-ups, or exhibitions may be subject to different policies. Please inquire at the event for details.

9. Limitation of Liability
Splattered Paint Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of artwork. Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order in question.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Iowa.
